Super great, knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent Covid prevention protocol in place from start to finish, and Dr. T and the T Team are the best. They make you want to return weekly to the dentist!

My two kids (6 & 8) went to Chatham Dental Arts for the first time. Previously, we’ve always gone to a pediatric dentist (which I have mixed feelings about). Their visit at Chatham Dental Arts though was great! Not only is the office in a beautiful location, but everyone on staff couldn’t be nicer! My kids were, of course, nervous. However, Kirstin, the dental hygienist, talked them through everything, and how easy the process is. I loved how when she was brushing their teeth, it was a cordless type toothbrush, so there weren’t the extra wires (which can make it look scary for kids). Dr. Karen is a dream dentist for patients. She has a very calming voice and was very patient with them. In fact, my six year old would only let her look at his teeth! 🙂 She also made a local ice cream recommendation for us (we live in south Durham). Yes, a dentist recommending some ice cream! 🙂 who doesn’t love that?!?!? Leslie, the Office Manager had homemade cookies they were able to enjoy after. She made the kids feel right at home and even showed them all the dog pictures in the hall. One of the best parts for them is the prize at the end (of course!). Typically, at the pediatric dentist they get a bouncy ball. Naomi was probably their favorite person, because she got to show them the prizes! They were super excited at the options available. They picked out some big army men and a big army truck. Unfortunately, our eight year old is going back next week to get his first cavity filled. He doesn’t seem nervous at all. I’m confident it will be a good experience for him. Overall, I would definitely recommend Chatham Dental Arts for any age patient!

This was our very first visit at Chatham Dental Arts and it was wonderful. Leslie at the front desk was so knowledgeable when I called asking about insurance and scheduling appointments. Kirsten our hygienist was great with myself and my 4 year old. She interacted so well with my daughter she jumped right into the chair for her cleaning. Dr. Karen was great and explained/reassured me about my future dental procedure. We look forward to continuing all of our dental needs with Chatham Dental Arts.

Only been once but it was as good as a visit to the dentist can be I guess... not fun, but painless anyway. Everyone is very nice. Going to see if my wife wants to change too.
